Many companies are looking to use Sami as a project management tool to drive their action plan for reduction.

With our new project management features integrated into the application, it is now possible to configure and effectively track CO2 emission reduction actions. Here is an overview of the new features available:

Configuration of managers

Companies can now assign one or more managers to a specific action. This feature helps clarify roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring better coordination and more effective execution of reduction actions.

Selection of the deadline month

It is also possible to select a deadline month for each action.

‍

This possibility helps companies plan and track the progress of their emission reduction initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met.

Tracking sheet

We now offer a detailed tracking sheet for each action.

‍

This sheet allows, for example:

• list the tasks to be performed: users can create a list of specific tasks to be completed for each action, to ensure the task is completed.
  ‍
• take meeting notes: meeting notes can be recorded directly in the tracking sheet, ensuring traceability of discussions and decisions made.

These new features allow companies to better structure and track their CO2 emission reduction action plans, improving collaboration and efficiency within teams.
