Multi-unit:  easily manage the assessments of complex organizations

‍

The step of data collection is crucial to carrying out a carbon assessment.

Our current system for managing organizations within the same space did not offer the possibility to restrict a user's access to an entity within an organization, nor to easily navigate between the assessments of the different entities.

During our latest development phase, we focused on this problem to create our new feature: organizational units.

Now, you can distribute the collection, analysis of results and action plan among several organizational units within the same organization, and benefit from advanced features to facilitate your work.

Thanks to this innovation, enjoy a flexible configuration to meet the needs of your client·es: an assessment per unit (subsidiary, site, activity, etc.) and a consolidated group assessment, all on a single account in the application.

You can also segment access rights by unit: define the roles of users and restrict access to one or more units and/or the group for collection and visualization of results.

‍

‍

Finally, you can consolidate the group assessment with the data from the units: automatically import the consolidations of the units to the group consolidation, without risk of duplication.

File import is now available in the vehicle, business travel, and equipment collectors, in addition to the freight and inputs collectors!

‍

The advantages are numerous:

• choose the desired collection methods when configuring data collection: form, file import, form & file, collection link, for each of the collectors;
• opt for file import to simplify collection and collect large volumes of data;
• benefit from the automatic processing of data by the application, if the data is entered in the dedicated model (file downloadable in the collectors).

Simplify your accounting analysis with our new automatic emission identification feature! Now, the application can automatically identify emissions from accounting data to a legal entity, and process multiple accounting files in a single analysis.

Roles and permissions, how to assign them properly?

‍

On the Admin Space, it is now possible to modify the role of members of an organization, from the page of an organization.

Each user can have the role of:

• Manager of the organization: this role gives access to the entire application. The manager can customize the access permissions of other members of the organization.
• Member of the organization: this role gives access in read or write to all or part of the application. Detailed permissions can be customized later from the control space.

Thanks to this feature, you can easily manage the roles and access permissions of the members of your organization, for more effective collaboration and better management of your project.
