Once the subsidy is granted, we accompany you in your climate strategy during a period of 12 days divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1 : The diagnosis
We help you carry out your carbon footprint by measuring your direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions

Phase 2: The co-construction of your transition plan
Hand in hand, we define an action plan adapted to your company through participatory workshops

Phase 3: The valorization of the transition for the passage to action
We contribute to the good communication of your CSR strategy and the concrete commitments taken, with customers, suppliers and partners

What is the Diag Decarbon'Action and why do it?

The Diag Decarbon'Action is a support program ranging from 12 days to 8 months of follow-up. It consists of conducting a carbon footprint, co-constructing a plan of action to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions followed by support on the first actions implemented, the valorization of the commitment to the various publics of the company.

Which companies are eligible?

In order to be eligible for this scheme, a company must meet several criteria:

➜ Be a small business, SME or small ETI with fewer than 500 employees;
➜ Never have conducted a GHG inventory;
➜ Justify at least one year of business activity;
➜ Be up to date with tax and social debts.

What is the subsidized rate for Diag Decarbon'Action beneficiaries?

To facilitate the ecological transition of companies and enable them to quickly engage in a process of reducing their carbon footprint, this scheme is co-financed by the ADEME.

The price is therefore:

➜ 4,000 € HT for companies with fewer than 250 employees meeting the European definition,
➜ 6,000 € HT for companies with more than 250 to 499 employees.

The BPI calls on carbon accounting experts to support companies wishing to participate in this program. The selection of these experts was based on several criteria: experience, pedagogical and methodological qualities, relevance of the economic and marketing approach, motivation, commitment.

Who is behind the Diag Decarbon'Action?

The Public Investment Bank (BPI) or Bpifrance is behind this subsidy scheme, co-financed by the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), in collaboration with the Bilan Carbone Association. Among the missions of these two organizations, one of them is to support organizations in France in their desire for ecological and energy transition.

How to fill in your file ?

Before moving on to the three main phases of Diag Décarbon'Action, you need to provide a certain number of documents to the ADEME and Bpifrance:
➜ K-Bis less than 3 months old,
➜ National identity card of the manager and/or legal representative,
➜ Tax return of the previous year,
➜ RIB of the aid beneficiary.

Once all the documents are gathered, a request can be made to Bpifrance.
